Hello Pirates & Pixies,
Your team photos have been scheduled and are now listed as an event in your RAMP Team App.
This year photos are taking place at Hairsine Community League, 3120 139 Avenue NW.
Please read through the information below to make sure you understand the new process for photos this year.
Please note: Due to scheduling capabilities in the RAMP App, it may be showing your time slot as a one hour window. This is incorrect, as time slots are only 20 minutes (a couple teams have 30 minutes).
Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before the START TIME of your assigned slot.
EXAMPLE: If your time slot is 7:00PM - 7:20PM, please arrive at 6:45-6:50. All players and coaches need that extra time to get signed in and receive their photographer QR code.
PLAYERS: Please wear your full uniform - jersey, pants, belt, hat - and bring your glove and bat for the photos. If you have not yet received a hat due to sizes not being available, we will have some available for use during the photos.
COACHES: Please wear your Pirates or Pixies long sleeve shirt and hat.
If you are still missing pieces of your uniform due to sizes not being available, please see the email that was sent out just prior to this one for details on picking up needed clothing tonight, May 4th.
Our photos have been set with a tight schedule with our photographer, so please try your best to attend your scheduled time. If you can not, please email us at
info@piratesbaseball.ca to see if we can arrange another slot for you to attend, but these will be extremely limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis.
THESE ARE THE ONLY THREE DAYS THE PHOTOGRAPHER IS AVAILABLE. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE OR BE INCLUDED IN YOUR TEAM PHOTO.
Individual photos will be taken, and then a composite team photo will be created by the photographer, similar to past seasons.
You will receive a QR code from RM Photography and instructions on how to set up and view your gallery. From there, you may order additional photo products if you wish. You will receive one free team photo as part of your registration with Community Park.
We thank you for your understanding during navigating a new photo system this year, but we hope this will create a better experience for all.
